Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications and automation tools

Conceive and architect efficient, production-scale algorithms that transform real-world challenges into elegant solutions

Integration of machine learning models with production-grade systems.

Mentor junior engineers and foster best practices across the engineering team

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Design teams

Own and drive iterative sprint releases in Agile development

Stay ahead of technology trends and drive adoption of modern engineering practices

Skills and Qualifications

Strong programming skills in Python

Experience in Object Oriented languages C++ or Java

Sound knowledge in LLM, Reinforcement learning algorithms, Model Tuning and optimization

Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning models and algorithms

Strong foundation in Mathematics

Expertise in algorithms, data structures, and system design

Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative development tools

Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage engineering teams

Effective verbal and written communication

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with building and deploying machine learning systems

Familiarity with microservices architecture and SaaS development

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Proficiency in database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)

Contributions to open-source projects or developer communities

High scores on HackerRank, LeetCode or other coding platforms

Education

Master's / B Tech degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, with strong programming knowledge.
