Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack .Net)

OVERVIEW

THE COMPANY

JOB SUMMARY

• Grow and lead a team of full stack Software Engineers who specialize in .Net.
• Contribute to the teams design of solutions that help our users save lives.
• Perform full stack software development, including database, services, and front end.
• Develop new solutions and refactor older code to provide a superior user experience.
• Write automated tests.
• Peer review other team member's work and provide constructive feedback.
• Evaluate newly emerging technologies and participate in business decisions regarding which ones to adopt.
• Troubleshoot escalated support issues.
• Work with our operations team to continuously improve product environments and automated build/deployment process.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
• 7+ years of technical software development experience with a minimum of 5 years of C# .NET Core.
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design.
• Familiarity with ORM tools (e.g. Entity Framework)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with TypeScript and ReactJS preferred.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Able to write effective unit and integration tests.
