Lead Software Engineer / Dot Net Full Stack Developer

In this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: - Extensive experience in commercial .NET development within a complex application environment with multiple parallel development streams. - Proficiency in MS SQL Server, encompassing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. - Strong understanding of .NET frameworks, preferably as a full-stack developer. - Ability to troubleshoot complex production code and deliver effective workarounds for urgent fixes. - A pragmatic approach to software development, ensuring a balance between speed and quality. - Expertise in specific technical areas of specialization. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, prior knowledge and skills that would be beneficial for this role include: - Proficiency with TFS and Visual Studio products. - Extensive experience in coding, testing, and documentation. - Proficiency in creating complex functions, scripts, stored procedures, and triggers to support application development. - Experience in analyzing existing SQL queries for performance enhancements. - Knowledge of financial and investment products such as Superannuation, Unit Trust, and Pension products is advantageous. - Experience working in a geographically distributed team setting.
