As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial and Investment Bank - Securities Services Technology team, you will be a key technical contributor responsible for implementing essential technology solutions across diverse technical domains to support various business functions and achieve the firm's business goals. Your role is crucial in enhancing, building, and delivering reliable, market-leading technology products that are secure, stable, and scalable. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, managing delivery using agile methodologies. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to transform data into a Logical Data Model supporting data analytics and business intelligence initiatives. - Drive decisions that impact product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes. - Design, develop, and deploy solutions on AWS to address complex business problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and formulate technical solutions. - Manage business stakeholders with the product roadmap and delivery. **Qualification Required:** - Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with at least 5 years of applied experience. - Experience in data platforms like Databricks, Redshift, etc. - Familiarity with AWS cloud platform services such as ECS, Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, SQS, RDS Aurora, etc. - Working experience with Data Lake Architecture. - Working experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, etc. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Enterprise Java or Python. - Experience in technologies like Spark and Kafka. - Ability to develop and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions. - Conduct research and experiments to explore new AI/ML techniques and methodologies. - Good understanding of data privacy, security best practices, and compliance requirements to ensure the safe and ethical use of LLMs.,
