Lead Software Engineer (Boomi + WFD/WFC/WFM)

As a Lead Engineer at UKG, you will be responsible for creating solutions to meet global customer interfacing requirements with UKG's products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding requirements from product managers - Creating detailed functional requirement documents with user stories and use cases - Collaborating with business analysts to develop technical test cases - Assisting architects in designing optimal solutions - Coding, testing, and deploying Boomi interfaces and Activiti BPM workflows - Creating Groovy scripts for integrations and workflows - Developing automated test scripts for Boomi iPacks - Working closely with developers to resolve technical issues - Owning technical delivery for projects to ensure timely and quality delivery Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - 5-10 years of industry experience with 24-36 months on Boomi in production projects - Experience in designing and developing integrations using Boomi AtomSphere - Knowledge of API management concepts, Rest API, SOAP framework, XML, and web service design - Ability to create interfaces for upstream/downstream applications - Basic Java programming knowledge - Detailed analytical and logical reasoning skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and handle parallel executions Additionally, having domain knowledge of HCM, experience with WFD/WFC, and Boomi external certification are considered as advantages for this role.
