Lead, Software Engineer (AI Team)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for participating in the design and development of technical solutions to complement complex web-based EHR systems. Additionally, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of a sprinting team, sprint planning, release milestone planning, and performance management. Your role will involve writing fast, efficient, and high-quality code to deliver value to customers, testing your work thoroughly, and maintaining a low tolerance for bugs. Furthermore, you will be tasked with building a strong team, guiding team members to success through coaching, mentorship, and accountability, and ensuring that each member embraces Qualifacts" core values and culture.
