Lead Software Development Engineer MERN Stack

Key Responsibilities: - 6-10+ years of experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js - Deep understanding of component architecture, state management (Redux/Context/Zustand) - Experience with REST & GraphQL APIs, async flows, and secure auth (JWT, OAuth) - Solid hands-on experience with ES6+, TypeScript, Webpack, Babel, testing frameworks - Proven ability to mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and lead agile teams - Exposure to CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Qualifications Required: - Built or led multi-tenant SaaS applications - Familiarity with Next.js, server-side rendering, and micro-frontends - Experience with performance profiling, caching strategies, and load testing - Contributions to open-source or public portfolios (GitHub, blogs) Additional Details: Our hiring process involves a detailed assessment to discover your capabilities: 1.
