Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Software Developer Youll make a difference by: Strong proficiency in Java development (10+ years) with extensive experience in Spring Boot ecosystem, including Spring Core, Spring Boot, and Spring Data JPA Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful web services design principles or any message broker (Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ etc.) Demonstrates strong capability to analyze business and technical requirements and transform them into scalable, robust architectural solutions and detailed technical designs. Experience with containerization (Docker) Proven experience in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and design patterns Strong background in database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.) Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) Proficient in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment with proven ability to deliver within sprints Preferred Skills : Experience with Angular and TypeScript Working knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native development Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration Experience with GitLab CI for continuous integration and deployment Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana) Background in product-based companies with experience in product releases Desired Skills: 10+ years of experience is required. Great Communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
