Roles and Responsibilities: - You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow application development. - Demonstrated experience in implementing new modules or features, particularly ITSM, ITOM, and Service Portals. - Proficiency in activities such as discovery, requirements gathering, and the configuration of core ServiceNow functionality. - Collaborate closely with architects and other team members to deliver ServiceNow solutions. - Develop scripts, flows, and solutions utilizing standard processes and available tools. - Configure ServiceNow using Apply Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI/Data Policies, Flows, ACLs, and Script Includes, with expertise in JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5. - Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and UI Builder. - Design and deploy custom ServiceNow applications following established development practices. - Code and configure integrations between ServiceNow and various data source systems. - Experience in web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc. - Active participation in Agile and scrum ceremonies to deliver value-driven outcomes. - Possess excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Certified application developer.,
