Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to

  ServiceNow to ServiceNow migration projects

  , ensuring seamless migration across modules.
• Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow modules including

  ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HRSD, IRM,

  and others.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements.
• Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and best practices for migration and development tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure performance optimization across ServiceNow modules.
• Document solutions, migration approaches, and configuration details for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience

  in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong expertise in

  ServiceNow to ServiceNow migrations

  across multiple modules.
• Proficiency in at least 3 or more modules:

  ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HRSD, IRM

  .
• Experience with

  ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)

  and

  workflow automation

  .
• Knowledge of integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) and third-party system connectivity.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / Application Developer / Implementation Specialist.
• Exposure to ITIL processes and best practices.
