**Job Description:** As a QA Engineer at our company, you will collaborate with cross-disciplined project team members such as software developers, product managers, and peer software test engineers to create, review, and execute quality testing plans for one or more assigned projects. You are a strong self-starter with a constant appetite for learning technology, possess a passion for quality, and thrive on challenges. Join our growing software quality assurance team that offers plenty of opportunities for growth. **Role Overview:** - Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases (manual and automated). - Lead QA efforts across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar. - Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. - Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. - Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective. - Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - 8-10 years of experience in software quality assurance, including test automation. - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Strong experience in Manual testing and automation testing. - Basic experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress). - Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured). - Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. **Additional Details:** PrismHR has transformed into an inclusive environment where individuals are valued for their talents and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
