As a Lead Security Engineer at our company located in Noida Sector 62, you will be an integral part of our cybersecurity team, bringing your expertise and experience to enhance our security posture. **Role Overview:** You will lead and mentor a dedicated team of security analysts and engineers, guiding their professional development, and managing their performance. Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive security assessments, conducting Red Team engagements and threat simulations, executing Threat Hunting activities, and integrating cybersecurity practices within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of security analysts and engineers, distributing tasks effectively and managing their performance. - Perform security assessments including web application, API, network infrastructure, and mobile security testing. - Conduct Red Team engagements and threat simulations to proactively identify vulnerabilities. - Execute Threat Hunting activities to identify hidden threats within the organization's infrastructure. - Perform system scans and manual assessments using tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, etc. - Conduct secure configuration reviews and compliance audits against established security benchmarks. - Integrate cybersecurity practices within the SDLC. - Collaborate with internal teams and auditors to provide security artifacts for compliance. - Assess and recommend innovative cybersecurity solutions to enhance security posture. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - 8-10 years of cybersecurity experience with expertise in penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and threat hunting. - Certifications such as CEH, CRT, or related cybersecurity certifications preferred. - Strong expertise in security tools like Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, etc. - Experience in OSINT investigations and methodologies. - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. - Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on cybersecurity trends. In addition to the above, you should possess strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, a proactive approach to security threats, effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and maintain high ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
