Job Description

Role Overview: As a Supply Chain Planning Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the design and requirements process. Your responsibilities will include leading design workshops, documenting requirements, and overseeing end-to-end configurations related to Supply Chain Planning functionalities. You will be expected to provide best practices related to Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning applications and collaborate with application delivery resources to support business requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design workshops, capture and document requirements, and business processes. - Perform Demand and Supply Planning, reconciling plan outputs, and generated forecasts. - Execute end-to-end configurations related to Supply Chain Planning functionalities. - Provide best practices for Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning applications. - Prepare detailed design documentation and collaborate with application delivery resources. - Lead and ensure successful testing and sign-off of solutions. - Translate business requirements into technical design specifications. - Define implementation approaches, configurations, and options to meet requirements. - Stay updated on the latest Plan Inputs, Demand Collaboration, and Supply Collaboration features. - Demonstrate confidence in delivering solutions and contribute towards team, department, and company goals. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels through excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain processes, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Supply Chain Planning solutions implementation. - Strong understanding of Oracle SCM, Finance applications, and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. - Proven experience in leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Oracle Cloud certification(s) in Supply Chain and Finance modules is a plus.
