Job Description

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Lead Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting CPQ systems and processes. Your responsibilities will include leading the analysis and design of scalable CPQ solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to system testing and quality assurance to ensure robust implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate strong CPQ domain knowledge, including pricing, quoting, and configuration processes - Lead requirements gathering and analysis for CPQ-related business processes across Sales, Finance, and Product teams - Collaborate cross-functionally to define, prioritize, and implement CPQ enhancements and new features - Support CPQ configuration activities, ensuring alignment with business rules and pricing logic - Utilize expertise in Functional, Regression, Integration, and Performance Testing - Trace test cases to business requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage - Write, maintain, and execute test cases effectively - Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle - Plan, document, and track test results to ensure defect-free system functionality aligned with business expectations - Troubleshoot and resolve production environment issues related to CPQ and connected systems - Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide clear and actionable feedback - Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding system changes, issues, and enhancements impacting data, workflow, or functionality Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of experience with a good understanding of QA methodology, processes, and associated automated testing tools - Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders - Passion for quality, accuracy, and efficiency - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Good interpersonal skills - Good time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Strong problem-solving abilities (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.),
