Job Description

As a Sales and Commissions Analyst at our leading cyber security company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance through detailed analytics, commission calculations, and strategic planning support. Your expertise will help ensure accurate reporting and resolution of commission discrepancies while providing vital insights for annual planning and strategic meetings. You will develop and maintain sales analytics reports that track performance metrics and trends. Your responsibility will include resolving commission-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure commission structures are clearly understood and accurately implemented will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will assist in the annual planning process by providing data-driven insights and forecasts. Your contribution will involve preparing and presenting reports for strategic meetings, highlighting key findings and recommendations. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales analytics or commission management, preferably in the tech or cyber security sector, is required. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools are essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must. Being detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines is crucial for success in this role.
