Job Description

As a part of the BD/India Sales team at Tally, you will be contributing to driving high-quality customer engagement at scale. The India Sales function is dedicated to building great brand experiences for customers and partners while collaborating with the partner ecosystem to deliver delightful customer experiences consistently across different geographies. You will have the opportunity to work with the best tech sales team in the country, fostering enduring relationships and coordinating with partners to innovate and grow together. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading Sales Analytics under Sales Operations in the Business Development function, focusing on strategic impact in the areas of customers, partner ecosystem, and people initiatives. - Working on mid-term and short-term strategic activities to evolve the core pillars of the organization. - Designing, modeling, and developing data to optimize strategic decisions, presented through reports and dashboards. - Developing and executing data-driven actionable insights to achieve business objectives. To excel in this role, you should bring the following experience: - Proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, and R, along with a solid understanding of database systems. - Experience in working with machine learning algorithms and a good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong presentation skills to simplify complex data insights and communicate effectively. - Ability to critically analyze data, derive meaningful conclusions, and present thorough analyses. - Strong multitasking and time management skills, along with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Designing and implementing data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive strategic business decisions. - Developing predictive models to understand market trends, industry insights, and customer behavior. - Forecasting sales and revenue, supported by robust data analytics. - Creating customer segmentations based on profiles and behaviors to design tailored programs. - Providing data-driven insights to support strategic planning, initiative prioritization, and resource allocation. - Ensuring data privacy, security, and compliance with regulations to maintain integrity and trust.,
