Location Name: Bhopal Job Purpose Conducting end to end learning interventions for IBAs & Call centre team in Rural Business. Ensure classroom trainings at regional call centers & VILT for upskilling the IBAs/Tele callers within Rural Business. Duties And Responsibilities Prepare training calendar for the IBAs basis business needs Conduct the Functional learning interventions for IBAs/Tele-Callers in Rural Business Training delivery (Refreshers) across all Rural Businesses Delivering training programs for partner skill development (TTTs for the Trainers/Supervisors based at RCC) Create functional assessments for understanding learning gaps Conduct learning diagnostic connect with IBAs & Identify the knowledge gaps in sales Curate the training content for IBA training programs Key Decisions / Dimensions Final buy in for content Design of induction/ Functional trainings Role out timely training invites for training programs Manage the first level escalations related to trainings Major Challenges Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders (Partners, IBAs & Call centre support team) Getting buy in from business for functional training Maintaining training coverage across all vintage groups Required Qualifications And Experience Qualifications –Graduate (MBA -Preferable in HR) Expertise in conducting learning facilitation Work Experience – 4-6 years (Preferable Tele calling + L&D) Ability to multitask Agile Language – English, Hindi & Marathi Show more Show less
