Lead Quality Assurance Tester

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Techdome, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You should be a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead capable of taking ownership of projects independently from day one. Your expertise in end-to-end testing, proficiency in handling multiple testing domains (API, Load, UI, Mobile), and strong leadership skills are essential for driving quality processes effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead QA activities across API, Load, UI, and Mobile testing. - Own the testing process and ensure delivery with minimal supervision. - Define, implement, and maintain quality standards and best practices. - Conduct database testing and integrate CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins. - Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects promptly. - Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance to interns/associates. - Ensure effective utilization of test automation frameworks. - Take complete ownership of testing deliverables within the project timeline. **Qualification Required:** - Strong hands-on experience in API testing, Load testing, and UI testing. - Proficiency in Mobile Automation tools such as Appium/APM. - Ability to work independently and take end-to-end responsibility. - Sound knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a process-oriented mindset. **Additional Details:** At Techdome, we expect you to be a self-driven professional capable of handling a team without dependency.
