As a Cost Estimation Manager, your role involves leading and supervising the QS and estimation team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of cost estimates and budgets. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing cost control procedures to monitor project expenses and prevent overruns. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications. Additionally, preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment will be part of your daily tasks.
