Role & responsibilities

War on Failure DQM & Auto heal

DQM & Auto Heal Implementation to ensure System Sync - (All parameters included in DQM project)
Exception Identification, Closure within TAT & Eliminating Defects
Complete Management of Master order configuration across applications Airtel work, humming Bird, LDAP etc

Digital Journey Breakages

Failures Identification & close-looping - By testing journeys, Picking up from FGDs/mails
Tracking issues and work with Product team to fix them structurally
Order breakages

New Product launch

Configuration of the product, maintain & fulfill test requirements alongside manage provisioning order flow

Process Simplification

Creating & re-engineering the existing Connected Homes Journeys
Connected Homes category journey creation & alignment for the New Product launch
Improve self-serve on IVR / APP / Chat Bot / Whatsapp :
Identifying problem statement & fix across categories
