Description
You will play a crucial role as a Solutioning Lead / Lead Project Manager at our cutting-edge robotics manufacturing and solutions company. Your primary responsibility will be to drive end-to-end solutioning and project execution for our robotics deployments. To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with clients, internal engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver integrated robotic systems tailored to client needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Solutioning:** - Engage with clients to understand automation needs, conduct site assessments, and define technical solution architectures. - Translate customer pain points into actionable and feasible robotics solutions using existing or custom-designed products. - Prepare proposals, tech presentations, and ROI models for client pitches. - **Project Management:** - Lead cross-functional project teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, AI/ML) through the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to installation and testing. - Develop and track detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. - Ensure timely project delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction. - **Team & Stakeholder Management:** - Collaborate with internal R&D, product, and delivery teams for solution design and execution. - Liaise with external vendors and integrators as needed. - Serve as the primary point of contact for project escalations, updates, and reviews. - **Documentation & Compliance:** - Oversee all technical documentation, including SRS, BOM, layout drawings, and test protocols. - Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance for all deployed systems. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Robotics Engineering or a related field. - 3-6 years of experience in automation or robotics, with at least 2 years in a solutioning or project management role in a similar sector or domain. - Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, PLCs, robotic arms, machine vision, and control systems. - Proven experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects. - Cobot deployment experience is a plus. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills. - Proficiency in tools like MS Project, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, project management tools, or equivalent. - Willingness to travel for on-site client visits and deployments. **Preferred:** - Experience with industry deployments, collaborative robots and cobots (UR, FANUC, ABB), AGVs/AMRs. - Exposure to smart factory, Industry 4.0 technologies, or system integration.
