Lead Project Management Specialist - Project Staff

As a Lead Project Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the full project life-cycle, collaborating with customers to lead your team in delivering complex and innovative projects within the energy sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the primary customer contact for the execution phase of all parts fulfillment related projects, from customer order to delivery and cash collection, as well as for repairs related projects. - Coordinating and managing client services projects, including reporting and accountability of schedule, project performance, and quality. - Involving in project planning, estimating, scheduling, staffing, procurement, and execution of project scope of work. - Managing cross-functional matrix projects by identifying risks and executing appropriate response plans using the risk management process. - Providing support to sales and service teams in preparing project scopes and assisting in other relevant technical communications with customers. - Engaging in discussions with other functions and teams about improvements in processes, procedures, and ways of working. - Communicating across the direct organization, presenting to senior leaders in specific technical spaces and on cross-functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to the overall strategy. To excel in this role, you should: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. - Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience as a Project Manager in either Power Generation or Oil & Gas. - Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers. - Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills to convey technical concepts to both internal and external customers. - Have at least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Management.
