Lead Product Strategist & Concept Design

As a Lead Product Strategy & Concept Design at the fast-growing brand in the home interiors and furniture space, you will be responsible for driving concept development and elevating the product portfolio. You will play a crucial role in leading the design thinking process, conceptualizing new product stories, and guiding design direction aligned with global trends. - Lead conceptualization of new product ideas, themes, and design directions based on customer lifestyle and market demand. - Develop mood boards, visual design concepts, and design strategies to guide the product design team. - Conduct market research on global home interior and lifestyle trends to inspire product stories and design directions. - Act as the bridge between design, sourcing, and marketing to ensure alignment with the brand's design language. - Oversee feasibility analysis including sourcing, scalability, and aesthetic appeal. - Present product concepts to internal stakeholders and leadership for decision-making. - Guide the design team in material selection, finishes, and ergonomics. - Collaborate with marketing on visual content and storytelling for product launches. - Bachelor's or Masters in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in high-end home interiors or furniture brands with a portfolio of concept-driven work. - Strong visual storytelling, design thinking, and consumer insight capabilities. - Proficiency in design tools such as CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, etc. - Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
