Join our R&D Product Management organization and take on the role of a product owner for a complex regulatory module powered by the advanced Calypso software platform. This module supports cross-asset risk and pricing, delivering high performance solutions. **Role Responsibilities:** As a Lead Product Manager, your primary focus will be on enhancing and refining the software product to meet customer requirements and address regulatory changes. You will collaborate closely with teams in Mumbai and across various Nasdaq locations. - Conduct research to identify opportunities for continuous product improvement - Develop detailed functional specifications for new features - Address customer/product support issues in a timely manner - Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure product compliance - Analyze product performance and propose enhancements - Drive initiatives to expand product coverage and enhance efficiency - Collaborate with Developers and Quality Analysts to ensure smooth product delivery **Minimum Qualifications:** - Experience Level: 10-12 years - Primary Skills: Financial Risk Management, Market Risk, FRTB, Capital Markets - Soft Skills: Social skills, writing skills - Education Qualification: MBA Finance/Bachelor in Engineering with FRM/CFA/CQF charter **Preferred Qualifications:** - FRM/CFA/CQF Charter holder - Experience in pricing and valuation of exotic financial derivative products - Knowledge of Market Risk Management processes and regulations - Proficiency in Project Management and Execution If this opportunity resonates with you, we encourage you to apply in English at your earliest convenience.
