We are seeking a passionate and data-driven
Lead Product Manager - Digital
, to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating our direct-to-customer (D2C) revenue growth by leading innovative growth initiatives and fostering high-impact collaboration across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive D2C growth strategy, focusing on acquiring new customers, engaging existing customers, increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), and driving brand loyalty.
- Lead the design and execution of growth-hacking experiments using A/B testing and data analysis tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, marketing, commercial, revenue management, and user experience to translate growth strategies into actionable projects and product enhancements.
- Leverage user-centric design principles and customer behavior analytics to identify high-impact opportunities for improvement across the digital customer journey.
- Analyze user data and key performance indicators (KPIs) for D2C channels to measure product effectiveness in generating revenue, identify areas for improvement, and validate different functionalities through testing.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in airline marketing, product development, customer experience (CX), and growth hacking methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels, presenting data-backed findings and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications (Requirements From The Candidate)
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in a growth-focused Strategy or Product management role, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead capacity. Preference for experience within the airline industry or a major online travel agency (OTA).
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing data-driven growth strategies that have demonstrably increased D2C revenue, conversion rates, or user engagement at scale.
- Deep expertise in digital Martech tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Analytics (or equivalent enterprise-level platforms like Google Analytics 360/Optimize) for A/B testing, personalization, and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling; must be able to calculate and articulate the Return on Investment (ROI) and business impact of all growth initiatives.
- Strong leadership and influence skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams without direct reporting authority. Experience leading a small team or mentoring junior growth talent is a significant plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required to align senior leadership and diverse cross-functional teams on growth priorities.
- A user-centric and Customer First mindset with a passion for rigorously understanding customer behavior, motivations, and pain points across web, mobile web, and app channels.
- Ability to think creatively, develop innovative solutions, and execute with a strong sense of urgency and bias for action.
