About The Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to elevate interaction design across our products. This role is about crafting intuitive, delightful experiences that make complex tasks simple and engaging for users.

What You’ll Do

Lead the design of high-impact user flows, ensuring clarity and ease of use.
Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and refine designs.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to balance business needs with usability.
Advocate for motion, micro-interactions, and feedback systems in design.
Mentor junior designers in interaction and usability principles.
Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are embedded into design solutions.

What We’re Looking For

5–7 years of product design experience with a strong interaction design focus.
Proven ability to create intuitive, user-centered experiences.
Strong skills in prototyping tools such as Figma, Principle, or Framer.
Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.
Portfolio showcasing refined flows, prototypes, and interaction design craft.
