As the Lead Planning and Cost Control of Gas-to-Power Project, your role is crucial in ensuring effective planning and staying within budget. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and managing integrated project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project. - Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather inputs and maintain accurate schedules. - Establishing project milestones, critical paths, float analysis, and recovery plans. - Implementing baseline programs and tracking schedule variances against timelines. In terms of resource planning, you will be expected to: - Forecast manpower, equipment, and material needs. - Plan resource allocation effectively. Regarding project cost control, your duties will involve: - Developing, implementing, and managing project budgets, forecasts, and cost control procedures. - Monitoring expenditures, contract commitments, and project cash flows to ensure alignment with financial targets. - Analyzing project cost variances, providing early warnings, and proposing corrective actions. - Working closely with other teams to align budgets, change orders, and cost reporting. You will also be responsible for: - Identifying, assessing, and monitoring schedule and cost-related risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Supporting contingency planning and risk mitigation measures. As part of your role, you will need to: - Prepare and deliver regular project control reports, including earned value analysis, S-curves, KPIs, and variance analysis. - Support project review meetings with data-driven insights for progress, productivity, and performance trends. - Ensure reporting compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards.
