Job Description

The position of Lead - Partner Account at LeadSquared involves handling sales responsibilities with a focus on acquiring, nurturing, cross-selling, and upselling to the new Partners client base. As an Account Manager for LeadSquared's Partners base, you will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of partnership opportunities that contribute to the growth of both reach and revenue for LeadSquared's product. The ideal candidate for this role should have 3-4 years of work experience in a SaaS/cloud-first company, with a background in partner onboarding, field channel sales, KAM teams, or Partner sales. The candidate should be proficient in identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring the success of partners. Additionally, hands-on experience in developing and executing business plans with partners is essential. Successful candidates should have a track record of meeting and exceeding pipelines and revenue targets. Preference will be given to candidates with an existing network of partners or knowledge of the cloud/SaaS partner ecosystem. The role requires individuals who are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and have a strong desire for rapid professional growth.
