Lead Packaging Designer

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Packaging Designer with 8-12 years of expertise in branding, structural packaging, materials, and printing processes. This strategic and hands-on role will be based at our Corporate Office and will involve leading design innovation for Dabur's diverse product portfolio across Ayurveda, Personal Care, Healthcare, Foods, and Beverages. As the Packaging Designer, your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end packaging design development, creating premium and functional packaging that aligns with Dabur's brand language and regulatory standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams for approvals and launch readiness, developing high-fidelity 3D renders and prototypes, selecting appropriate materials and printing techniques, coordinating with vendors and converters, managing client interactions and reviews, and staying updated on global design trends and competitor benchmarks. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design (Product/Industrial/Packaging Design) from a top-tier institution, minimum 8-12 years of experience in Product and branding design, proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, KeyShot, SolidWorks, and Adobe Creative Suite, and a deep understanding of printing processes, materials, and packaging engineering. Preferred skills for this position include familiarity with sustainable packaging, experience with automated filling/packaging lines, and strong verbal and visual presentation skills.
