Requirements

  • A Graduate or Post-graduate in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 10-12 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing, in the B2B technology industry preferably in the financial technology space
  • Knowledge and expertise in ABM strategies, marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), and CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, programmatic advertising)
  • Demonstrated success in executing demand generation programs that resulted in measurable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Strong proficiency in English language and grammar, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive copy for marketing campaigns and content
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social selling strategies tailored to financial institutions
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and refine strategies accordingly
