We are hiring for a Lead Offline Sales- GT for our client a leading firm in FMCG business.

Product - Beauty and Cosmetics

Role Summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling national/cross regional sales roles in both legacy compa-

nies and start-ups, particularly within the beauty/ personal care or related industries.

This role demands a strategic leader with strong analytical skills, proven execution expertise, and the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years across territories/regions.
  • Proven track record in managing sales across regions for both legacy companies and start-ups in

    personal care or related industry.

  • Experience in scaling sales operations and driving growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Deliverables of the Role

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute the national retail strategy that aligns with Just Herbs' business goals and objectives.
  • Build the go to market strategy, distributor management, store profitability approach
  • Collaborate with Just Herbs leadership team to set up processes on commercial hygiene, new product launches,

channel portfolio strategy, supply chain network

Sales Operations

  • Oversee retail P&L and operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Manage both beauty advisor and retail channel to grow distribution of the brand
  • Implement efficient sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Team Management

  • • Recruit, train, and manage a national sales team, ensuring high performance and effective sales execution.
  • • Set clear performance metrics and provide regular coaching and feedback to support team development.
  • • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Market Analysis and Insights

  • • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer
  • behaviour.
  • • Utilize data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
  • • Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive landscape to senior management.
  • Customer Relationship Management

  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
