Job Description

As an experienced Network Engineer, your role will involve providing L3/L4 support for network communications and operations problems on a global scale. You will collaborate with various teams to provide quick solutions and handle critical production issues. In addition, you will be responsible for network security infrastructure solutions, managing multiple projects, and planning network roadmaps. Your expertise in network design, architecture, and implementation will be crucial for maintaining and developing complex network solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L3/L4 support for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving network communications and operations problems - Handle critical production impacting issues and collaborate with other teams for quick solutions - Provide escalation support to lower tier teams - Lead self and others as a Product SME or specialist - Design and implement complex network solutions in various disciplines - Develop technical solutions, documentation, and recommendations - Drive and implement network solutions-based architectures - Contribute to documentation, automation, and process improvement - Provide strategic technical direction on highly complex network projects - Research and develop innovative solutions around existing network solutions and future technologies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role and 12+ years of overall work experience within the network space - Mastery of TCP/IP protocol communications, addressing & subnetting - Extensive knowledge of Cisco's product portfolio - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Cisco certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, or CCDE desired - Experience with SDN technologies and scripting/automation tools - Excellent English speaking and writing skills The company does not have any additional details provided in the job description.,
