Lead .NET Core

As a Project Manager for web development projects using ASP.NET Core, React.js, and SQL Server, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project management of web development projects, ensuring the use of ASP.NET Core (backend), React.js (frontend), and SQL Server (database). - Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to meet project objectives. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage backlog using tools like Azure DevOps or GoodDay. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. - Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives based on Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability by enforcing development standards and best practices. - Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership. - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap. - Identify market opportunities, competitive advantages, user personas, and customer needs. - Write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), define functional and non-functional requirements. - Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases for the development team. - Act as the liaison between stakeholders, engineering, design, QA, sales, marketing, and support teams to facilitate communication and ensure alignment. - Work closely with the development team during sprints to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Fast learner with a strong ability to absorb new domains and product ecosystems. - Work under the supervision of Senior Product Manager & CTO to define product features, prepare scope, and technical specifications. - Oversee team tasks, sprints, and delivery timelines, review code, and provide guidance on C#, SQL, API design, and React UI. - Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders for smooth delivery, maintain clear documentation and support production releases. In terms of technical requirements, you should have: - Strong hands-on experience with C# (.NET Core), SQL, RESTful APIs, and React. - Familiarity with system design, debugging, and performance tuning to guide developers and review implementation quality. The required skills & qualifications for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in software project management. - Solid understanding of ASP.NET Core, C#, RESTful API architecture, React.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. - Proficiency in building scalable web applications using React.js and SQL Server. - Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps concepts. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.,
