Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Mechanical Engineer, located in Delhi, India. The Lead Mechanical Engineer will oversee designing and developing machinery and tools, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, and managing engineering projects. Responsibilities include conducting research and development to improve existing products, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met, and providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
• Skills in Project Management
• Strong background in Research and Development (R&D)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team
• Experience in chemical manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
