Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and audience-first Lead Live Host to anchor and elevate our live shows, streams, and real-time content experiences. This role requires exceptional on-camera presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage live broadcasts under pressure while keeping audiences engaged.

The Lead Live Host will also play a key role in mentoring junior hosts, shaping live content formats, and ensuring broadcast quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and anchor live shows, streams, tournaments, and events

• Engage audiences in real time across YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, or proprietary platforms

• Drive audience interaction through Q&A, polls, chats, and callouts

• Maintain professionalism and composure during live, high-pressure broadcasts

• Coordinate with production, content, and technical teams before and during live sessions

• Support planning and execution of show formats, rundowns, and scripts

• Mentor and guide junior hosts or guest presenters

• Represent the brand on-camera with consistency and energy

• Adapt quickly to live feedback, technical issues, or format changes

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a live host, anchor, streamer, or on-camera presenter

• Strong command of spoken English (and Hindi / regional language, if applicable)

• Excellent improvisation and audience engagement skills

• Comfortable working odd hours, weekends, and live-event schedules

• Ability to handle pressure, unpredictability, and real-time problem-solving

• Professional on-camera presence and voice control

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Gaming / Esports / Live Streaming platforms

• Familiarity with OBS, live production workflows, and streaming tools

• Prior experience hosting live events, tournaments, or shows

• Strong social media presence or creator background
