Lead Java Full stack Developer

We are seeking a passionate Java Full Stack Developer with leadership qualities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, team leadership, and a desire to grow professionally. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop new features using full-stack technologies (Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, MySQL) for cloud-based (AWS or other cloud providers) and mobile applications.

- Lead the development team, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Architect and implement technical designs for product features, microservices, and SOA architectures, along with proposing improvements and alternatives to existing solutions.

- Mentor team members in technical skills and foster a strong team culture.

- Conduct performance testing using Gatling (Scala) to ensure optimal application performance.

- Collaborate with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), code quality tools, and automation frameworks to streamline build, testing, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven hands-on experience in web application development, solution design, and problem-solving.

- Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.

- 5+ years of professional experience in building enterprise-grade web applications using Java or similar frameworks (Scala, C#, Ruby, Python, Elixir, Node.js).

- Strong experience with Spring Framework or comparable frameworks.

- Expertise in performance optimization for databases, application architecture, and infrastructure.

- Familiarity with Java testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, etc.

- Experience with CI/CD processes, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), containerization (Docker), infrastructure automation (Ansible), and monitoring tools.
