Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our engineering team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining components of a modern, browser-based SaaS platform. The right candidate will have strong backend development skills in Java and a working knowledge of modern API, data, and monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement full-stack features for our SaaS web platform using Java and modern technologies.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for integrating with backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business functions including data processing, decisioning, and AI-driven workflows.
• Use tools such as Postman for testing APIs and Splunk for monitoring/log analysis.
• Manage and query large datasets using MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
• Follow best practices in coding, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Contribute to a high-performing agile team through collaboration and technical excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience with strong backend expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Working knowledge of React or Angular for frontend development.
• Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficient in using Postman for API testing and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Splunk or other logging/monitoring tools.
• Prior experience with SaaS-based, browser-accessible applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in financial services or banking domain.
• Experience working with AI/ML-powered platforms or decisioning systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, especially AWS.

Education:

• UG: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
