IT Infrastructure Management: Design, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and related systems.Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex IT issues and incidents, including server, network, and security-related problems.Infrastructure Design: Collaborate with architects and engineers to design and implement IT infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, hardware or software issues, and connectivity problems.Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient resource utilization and minimal downtime.Security: Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security policies, to protect against cyber threats.Incident Response: Lead incident response efforts, analyze root causes of incidents, and implement preventive measures.Capacity Planning: Plan for IT infrastructure scalability and performance enhancements to accommodate business growth.Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and technology partners to ensure efficient support and problem resolution.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor IT support teams, providing guidance and technical expertise.
