Lead iOS Developer

As an iOS Developer at PeerLogic Systems LLP, you will be responsible for designing and developing iOS applications that aim to enhance communication experiences through a cloud-based platform. Your role will focus on architecting and leading the development effort of a new native soft-phone (VOIP) app for iOS, with potential expansion to watchOS, iPadOS, and macOS. Working independently, you will gather requirements from clients, design applications for optimal performance and usability, and ensure maximum test coverage. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, develop detailed plans, and collaborate with a development team. Providing support and bug fixes as needed, you will also have the opportunity to build and lead a team of junior engineers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and lead development of a new native soft-phone (VOIP) app for iOS - Independently understand client requirements, design applications, and ensure maximum test coverage - Conduct code reviews, create detailed plans, and collaborate with the development team - Provide support and bug fixes when necessary - Build and lead a team of junior engineers **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 4 years of hands-on mobile development experience with iOS - Strong proficiency in objective C, Swift, and SwiftUI programming - Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries - Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes for software development - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong decision-making abilities and a sense of ownership - Passion for engineering high-quality products with exceptional user experiences *Preferred Skills:* - Telecommunications/VOIP experience and knowledge of network topology - Experience with Android/React Native/Cordova - Proficiency in Git on GitHub/Bitbucket for distributed version control - Understanding of mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies Please note that the office address for PeerLogic Systems LLP is as follows: Office #209, Turning Point II, Opposite Rosary School, VimanNagar, Pune - 411014 India For further information, you can reach out to info@peerlogicsys.com.,
