KEY RESULT AREAS

SUPPORTING ACTIONS

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & INNOVATION

Designing & developing new investment products

Enhancing existing products basis market feedback

Incorporating technological advancements to improve product/process offerings

MARKET & COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs & competitive products

Analyzing competitor strategies and adjusting internally/externally via products and journeys

WORK WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, including Business Unit and marketing.

Ensure that everyone is aligned with the company's goals and objectives and working towards a common vision.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Ensuring all products & process comply with regulation & standards

Staying updated with regulatory changes and adjusting products/journeys to remain complaint

SALES & DISTRIBUTION PERFORMANCE

Monitoring & optimizing performance of various distribution channels

Ensuring effective product training & support for sales team

Driving sales growth & market penetration for Insurance & Investments products

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & RETENTION

monitoring customer satisfaction & feedback

Develop strategies to retain existing customers & reduce churn
