Job Description

The Lead - Industrial Engineering position at our company entails taking charge of the IE Function at the Limda Plant and overseeing the achievement of global IE KPIs by collaborating with the plant manufacturing and HR leadership. Your role will involve reviewing and finalizing equipment capacity, headcount planning, productivity measurement, and enhancement, as well as MHE based on the product mix. You will also be responsible for project management focused on Productivity/OEE Improvement/Headcount Optimization, approving layouts, managing AMS programs, supporting negotiation with the Union, developing teams through TNI, and driving system development and digitalization for industry 4.0. To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge of various IE tools and techniques such as time-motion study, MMO, SWCS, SMED, VSM, and Layout Planning. Additionally, you will have 3 direct reports (solid line) reporting to you.
