Job Description

Role Proficiency:

Create and Organise testing process based on project requirement and manage test activities within team

Outcomes:

Test Estimates and Schedules-. Ensure Test Coverage
Produce test results defect reports test logs and reports to evidence for testing
Publish RCA reports and preventive measures
Ensure Quality of Deliverables
Report project metrics and status
Ensure adherence of Engineering practices processes and standards
Understand and contribute to test automation/performance testing
Work with DevOps team when required; to understand testing framework and QA process for implementing continuous testing
Manage team utilization

Additional Comments:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in backend and UI test automation. The ideal candidate has expertise in JavaScript, Java, Selenide, RestAssured, and performance and service testing tools like JMeter and WireMock. Experience with Nightwatch.js for frontend test automation is also essential. Familiarity with Bloomreach is a plus, but not mandatory -- candidates without prior Bloomreach experience will be given training as needed. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for both backend and frontend components. Perform API testing using RestAssured, validating complex workflows and integration points. Implement UI test automation using Selenide (Java) and Nightwatch.js (JavaScript). Conduct performance testing using JMeter, simulating real-world traffic and load. Utilize WireMock for mocking and simulating backend services and third-party dependencies. Participate in test planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies as a core member of the QA team. Troubleshoot test failures and identify root causes through log analysis and debugging. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure high product quality throughout the SDLC. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience in test automation and QA engineering. Proficient in Java and JavaScript for developing test frameworks and scripts. Solid experience in test automation using: Selenide for UI testing RestAssured for API testing Nightwatch.js for frontend automation JMeter for performance/load testing WireMock for service virtualization and mocking Strong understanding of test design patterns, BDD/TDD principles, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development practices. Nice to Have Experience with Bloomreach Experience Manager (brXM) or Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud (brX). If not already familiar with Bloomreach, the ability and willingness to learn on the job through hands-on training will be expected.
