About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics professional to lead and manage our TM1 application landscape. This role encompasses the full lifecycle of the TM1 environment--from upgrades and monitoring to configuration, performance tuning, and strategic collaboration with IT teams. As the go-to expert, you will oversee all enhancements and ensure alignment with enterprise goals, maintaining system integrity, efficiency, and scalability. Experience: 7+years and above of experience 5+ years of hands-on expertise with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) / Cognos 2+ years working with SQL databases and query writing Ability to build, guide, coach and sustain a team of TM1 / IBM ANALYTICS experts/resources Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of TM1 architecture and configuration Strong grasp of TM1 development concepts and best practices Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Conflict resolution, active listening, and time management skills Self-driven with a collaborative and customer-centric mindset Preferred: Certification in IBM Planning Analytics or related IBM Analytics tools Required Skills TM1,IBM Planning Analytics,Sql Database, PAfE, PAW and PY
