Lead II - .Net, React, AWS

As a Full Stack Developer (.NET, React, AWS) at UST, your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using .NET, React, and AWS services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and user-centric web experiences. Your responsibilities include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using .NET, React, and AWS services. - Collaborating with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver user-centric web experiences. - Developing and integrating RESTful APIs with front-end applications. - Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both server-side and client-side development. - Designing, optimizing, and managing database operations using SQL Server. - Building dynamic front-end interfaces using React, incorporating state management solutions like Redux and Context API. - Conducting code reviews, providing feedback, and mentoring junior developers. - Ensuring the performance, security, and responsiveness of applications. - Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues across the full technology stack. - Leading technical discussions, contributing to architectural decisions, and best practices. - Actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Staying current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework, and API development. - Proficiency in React.js, with a solid understanding of React hooks and Redux for state management. - Expertise in front-end technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML5, and Bootstrap. - Solid experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL, including data modeling. - Familiarity with AWS cloud services and deploying applications on AWS. - Experience with containerization tools like Docker and building CI/CD pipelines. - Strong understanding of version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket). - Good knowledge of web standards, performance optimization techniques, and responsive web design. - Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and a TDD (Test-Driven Development) approach. - Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT. - Proficient in working with microservices architecture and distributed systems. - Hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript toolchains (Webpack, Babel). - Exposure to Agile methodologies and experience working within Scrum teams. - Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with remote and distributed teams. - Ability to mentor junior developers and guide them technically.
