Lead II - .Net, React, AWS

As a Full Stack Developer with 7-9 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using .NET, React, and AWS services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver seamless and user-centric web experiences. Your role will involve developing and integrating RESTful APIs with front-end applications, writing clean and efficient code for both server-side and client-side development, and designing, optimizing, and managing database operations using SQL Server. Additionally, you will be building dynamic front-end interfaces using React, incorporating state management solutions like Redux and Context API. Conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring junior developers will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring the performance, security, and responsiveness of applications, troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues across the full technology stack, and leading technical discussions and contributing to architectural decisions and best practices are key aspects of this role. Active participation in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, staying current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies are also expected from you. Your strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework, API development, React.js, React hooks, Redux, front-end technologies, relational databases, AWS cloud services, containerization tools, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, web standards, performance optimization techniques, responsive web design, testing frameworks, microservices architecture, TypeScript, modern JavaScript toolchains, Agile methodologies, communication skills, and collaboration with remote teams will be crucial in this role.
