Lead I - Software Engineering-Actimize SAM

As an Actimize SAM Developer/Consultant with 5 to 7 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain Actimize-SAM and Actimize applications to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with business requirements in the trade surveillance domain. Providing technical expertise and production support for Actimize-SAM and Actimize applications will be crucial, ensuring timely issue resolution. You will be involved in conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices to maintain code quality. Participation in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment will be part of your routine tasks. It will also be your responsibility to develop and execute unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables and perform application performance optimization and fine-tuning. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance applications and processes will be essential. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster collaboration and productivity within the team will also be a key aspect. Additionally, following software development processes and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation will be expected. Effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and deliverables, will be an integral part of your role. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in Actimize-SAM and Actimize applications with at least 5 years of hands-on experience. Direct experience with Actimize implementation/support for a minimum of 3 years will be necessary. Exposure to Java development and integration with external applications would be a strong plus. Proficiency in SDLC methodologies (Agile & Waterfall), excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills will be required for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
