Role Description Senior Mainframe Engineer We are seeking a skilled Senior Mainframe Engineer with extensive knowledge in COBOL, DB2, JCL .The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mainframe technologies and will be responsible for leading and mentoring team members to ensure the successful completion of tasks. You will play a pivotal role in driving project success while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Mandatory Skills & Experience: Proven expertise in Mainframe Technologies, with a strong understanding of DB2, JCL and COBOL. Hands-on experience in Migration Projects and a deep understanding of the migration process. Ability to mentor and guide team members effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good To Have: Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience working in Agile development environments.
