Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project Implementation Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage PCC product implementation projects from planning to delivery. You will guide implementation engineers, ensuring adherence to processes, timelines, and SLAs. Collaborating with Product Consultants, Analysts, and Solution Architects, you will gather and analyze business requirements and create low-level designs (LLDs), configure solutions, and finalize builds. Your role will also involve conducting impact assessments, supporting change management activities, assisting in QA, testing, debugging, and resolving implementation issues. Additionally, you will estimate effort and timelines, track progress, and report status to stakeholders, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction. Your contribution will be vital in continuously refining tools, templates, and implementation best practices, and mentoring team members to support their development goals (OKRs/FAST goals).
