Job Description

As a Project Manager for PCC product implementation projects, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the projects from the planning phase to successful delivery. You will guide implementation engineers, ensure adherence to processes, timelines, and SLAs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain high client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage PCC product implementation projects, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery phases. - Provide guidance to implementation engineers to ensure adherence to processes, timelines, and SLAs. - Collaborate with Product Consultants, Analysts, and Solution Architects to gather and analyze business requirements. - Create low-level designs (LLDs), configure solutions, and finalize builds according to project requirements. - Conduct impact assessments and support change management activities throughout the implementation process. - Assist in QA, testing, debugging, and resolution of implementation issues to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Estimate effort and timelines accurately, track project progress, and report status to stakeholders regularly. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, fostering strong communication and ensuring high client satisfaction. - Continuously refine tools, templates, and implementation best practices to optimize project efficiency. - Mentor team members, contribute to their development goals, and support their OKRs/FAST goals for growth and success. Qualifications Required - Proficiency in PCC and SQL is essential for this role. - Previous experience in application support or related fields is preferred.,
