Job Description

You will be responsible for leading and managing PCC product implementation projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from planning to delivery. In this role, you will guide implementation engineers to ensure adherence to processes, timelines, and SLAs. Collaboration with Product Consultants, Analysts, and Solution Architects will be essential to gather and analyze business requirements effectively. Your tasks will include creating low-level designs (LLDs), configuring solutions, and finalizing builds. Additionally, you will be conducting impact assessments and supporting change management activities. Your involvement in QA, testing, debugging, and resolution of implementation issues will be crucial to project success. Estimating effort and timelines, tracking progress, and reporting status to stakeholders will be part of your routine. Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, you will focus on maintaining high client satisfaction levels. Continuous refinement of tools, templates, and implementation best practices will be necessary to ensure efficiency and quality. As a key team member, you will also play a role in mentoring team members and contributing to their development goals. Your proficiency in PCC, SQL, and Application Support will be valuable assets in fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.,
